By using PawArtist you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Acceptable use

Upload only photos you own or have permission to use. Don't upload photos of other people, content that violates third-party rights, or material that's illegal in your jurisdiction. Don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

Your content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to generate your portrait and to store your portrait so you can download it.

Credits & refunds

Credits never expire. Failed generations are automatically refunded as credits. See our refund policy for full terms.

Intellectual property

You own your generated portraits and may use them for personal and commercial purposes. The PawArtist name, logo, and software remain our property.

Disclaimer

AI outputs vary. We don't guarantee any specific likeness or aesthetic result. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PawArtist operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
