Failed generations

If a portrait fails to generate for any technical reason, the credit is automatically returned to your balance. No action needed.

Unused credit packs

Unused credit packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided no credits from the pack have been spent. Email hello@pawartist.app with your purchase reference.

Defective output

If a generated portrait is clearly broken (corrupted file, no animal visible, severe rendering error), contact us within 7 days and we'll refund the credit and help you re-run it.

Subjective dissatisfaction

AI output varies. Personal preference for a different look isn't grounds for a refund — but you can always try another style for 1 credit.

Reach out via the contact page with your account email and order details. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.
