A clear, well-lit photo with your pet facing the camera, head and shoulders visible. Avoid heavy shadows, sunglasses on humans behind, or extreme angles.

What paper should I print on?

250 gsm matte card stock for posters and greeting cards, 200 gsm for tags and bookmarks, and standard 80–120 gsm for calendars. Any home or local print-shop printer works.

Can I edit the PDFs?

PDFs are flattened for print fidelity. If you'd like a different crop or layout, regenerate the portrait in another style (1 credit) or get in touch and we'll help.

Why is my portrait frameless?

New portraits are generated edge-to-edge so they sit perfectly inside any printable. If you have an older portrait with a baked-in gold frame, regenerate it in the same style for a clean, frameless version.
